Travel Insurance for Smokers

Thanks for the blog. It is very interesting to read about the community here. I am sure that this blog will serve as a place of inspiration for all of those attempting the difficult task of quitting. One disadvantage of being a smoker is the increase in cost for medical insurance. I wonder if there is a major increase when obtaining International travel insurance. Have any of you had experience with this sort of thing?
